Press conference number one takes place at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California on Tuesday, July 11th. The fighters kicked off their world tour with a face-off and some speeches ahead of their August 26 fight.
The duo sent fans into a tailspin earlier this month when they confirmed the news via social media.
Mayweather will fight for the first time in two years at the T-Mobile Arena while McGregor will box professionally for the first time ever.
UFC president Dana White has claimed McGregor will earn $100m (€89.3m) from the fight while Mayweather is likely to pocket significantly more.
The Irishman currently holds the UFC’s lightweight title which he won by stopping Eddie Alvarez in the second round last November.

The first leg is today in Los Angeles from inside the Staples Center. This week they will venture to Toronto, New York and London, England.
For McGregor, this will be his second world tour after he ventured to all ends of the earth with Jose Aldo to promote their UFC featherweight title fight. A fight which ended up being cancelled just 11-days before the actual fight.
Floyd Mayweather (49-0) is set to return to action after a three-year retirement stint. He was last in action against Andre Berto in 2015, a fight which the long time pound for pound fighter won via unanimous decision.
Conor McGregor (21-3) is the UFC’s biggest ever draw and will be making his professional boxing debut against “Money”. He was last in action against Eddie Alvarez at UFC 205 where he became the first ever dual weight champion in UFC history.
